Lifetime warranty

Every single item that leaves our studio has been carefully crafted by hand using only the highest quality materials with the intention to last a lifetime. With this in mind we can proudly offer a lifetime warranty to the original owner of all bags and accessories crafted here. 

In the unlikely event that you believe your product has a manufacturing or material defect, we will fix it at no charge.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance or damage due to careless handling or accidents. The owner is responsible for the cost of sending in and returning the item to be repaired. Please note that colours may vary between original and replacement parts. 

To avoid any warranty issues it is important to follow our product care guidelines in order to cater for your gear in the best possible way.
